Practice cardio exercises at maximum 65 to 85% of your heart rate. This will ensure you burning a lot of calories.
2. Do weight lifting
You can grow your muscles by training with weight. Training with weight will also prevent muscle loss. As you have seen in the article earlier, the more muscles you have, your ability to burn more fat will also increase. You will even burn more fat when you are taking a rest.
3) Take small and frequent meals
When you take small and frequent meals, your brain will signal to your body not to reserve any fat for energy. This is because when you take small and frequent meals, your brain will assume that the availability of food is abundance.
You should be eating food between 3 to 6 hours. Having said that, you must always ensure that these meals are small enough in such a way they do not exceed your caloric expenditure.
